This is a video I shot as construction begins on the “Brunswick Islander” home in Brunswick Landing in Holden Beach, NC. The Islander is a 1344 sq. ft. beach home on pilings that will feature an elevator. Land has to be cleared, pilings must be set and framing begins. This is far and away the best new construction value available to you in Brunswick County, NC. This home is offered at $249,900.
On the technical side, I shot this high definition video with a Canon XH A1 and edited in Final Cut Express.
