iFrogz EarPollution Review

I’d like to share with you a review about my favorite earbuds, the iFrogz Earpollution. These are great little headphones and are very affordable. I have discovered that you do not have to spend a lot of money to get quality and iFrogz delivers a great product. I have several sets of headphones and each are used with whatever activity I am doing. These iFrogz earbuds are great when I workout or when I shoot video. I use them when I shoot video and just plug them into the headphone jack so I can monitor the audio while I shoot.

They make great running headphones also because they fit snugly into my ear. The iFrogz come with 3 sets of silicon earplugs so you can find an exact fit for your ears. You can easily run or ride your bike while wearing these earbuds and they stay snugly fit in your ears. You can spend a lot more money for headphones, but I challenge you to find better quality until you cross over the $100 threshold. For that reason, I recommend the iFrogz Earpollution Earbuds.

I have a number of electronic devices – a work Blackberry, an iPod touch, and now a Motorola Droid. We are not allowed to use Bluetooth with our Blackberries. The Droid has a number of applications that are voice-based, and the microphone is put to good use. For example, I use SMS texting using voice to text, which is much faster than email. I wanted something comfortable I could use with all of the devices. The standard ear buds you get with an iPod are extremely uncomfortable for me, and never stay in.

If you are looking for earbuds that are comfortable, come in different sizes, will stay in your ear without constant fussing and irritation, and have a microphone, I recommend ifrogz. They sound good (I am not an audiophile, and just need decent quality), and the microphone works.

I chose pink for a couple of reasons: I use public transportation to work in downtown DC — theft on public transportation is increasing (especially Apple products), so I wanted a color which said: “non-Apple” (even though I used them with an iPod, which I keep out of sight), and bright pink is a color a lot of men don’t like and may not want (in case of a theft by a male). It’s also true I like the bright pink!
